"TERME" is a dining facility run in the hot spring town of Kinosaki Onsen, a famous hot spring in the Sanin region, located in Toyooka City, in the northern part of Hyogo Prefecture. We offer dishes that make use of local ingredients, centering on carefully selected wine and sake. Please spend the best time with a glass of wine after bathing in the emotional hot spring town.

717年に城崎へ来た僧侶の道智上人（どうちしょうにん）が、難病の人々を救う為に、当所鎮守・四所明神の神託により、 千日間の修行を行った末、 720年に温泉が湧出し城崎温泉が開かれました。
そして道智上人はその後、大和（奈良）の長谷寺の観音さまと同木同作の由緒正しき観音像を得て、温泉寺を開創しました。
城崎温泉は7つの外湯巡りが有名で、浴衣に身を包んだ観光客が温泉街を歩き情緒ある雰囲気を楽しめます。
また近隣には寺社めぐりや、アートや文学に体験もあります。
